Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between AB WIIMPEX SARL and its professional customers using the Wi Company platform.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the buyer.
AB WIIMPEX SARL reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time, with new conditions applying to orders placed after their online publication.
Access Conditions
Access to the Wi Company platform is reserved for professionals who can provide:
- Registration in the commercial register or equivalent
- A valid intra-community VAT number
- Legal capacity to contract
- Acceptance of the validation process
AB WIIMPEX SARL reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not meet these criteria.
Orders
Order process:
- Product selection from catalog
- Add to cart with quantities
- Cart validation and conditions
- Order confirmation by email
Modification/Cancellation: Possible within 2h of confirmation, provided the order is not being prepared.
Pricing and Billing
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding taxes, ex-warehouse.
- Prices: Those in force on the order date
- VAT: Applicable according to current regulations
- Shipping costs: Calculated by destination and weight
- Discounts: According to current scale
Invoices are sent by email in PDF format.
Payment
Payment methods:
- Credit card (immediate payment)
- Bank transfer (payment upon receipt)
- SEPA direct debit (for recurring customers)
Payment terms: 30 days net from invoice date.
Late payment: Penalties of 3 times the legal rate + flat-rate compensation of €40.
Delivery
Indicative delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
- French overseas territories: 7 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 7 business days
- International: 10 to 15 business days
Risk: Goods travel at the recipient's risk.
Receipt: Mandatory verification upon delivery, reservations to be notified within 48h.
Warranties and Returns
Legal warranty: 2-year conformity guarantee.
Returns:
- Defective products: free return within 30 days
- Customer order error: return costs borne by customer
- Personalized products: no returns except for defects
Procedure: Return authorization request mandatory before shipping.
Liability and Disputes
AB WIIMPEX SARL's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Force majeure: AB WIIMPEX SARL cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure.
Disputes: Amicable settlement attempt mandatory. Otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction of Pointe-à-Pitre Commercial Court.
Applicable law: French law.
